How Gradienta Came Together
Gradienta began when a small group of developers and educators in Chonburi noticed something: a lot of online AI courses made big promises but delivered confusing material, unclear expectations, and very little support once a learner hit a wall.
We wanted to do something simpler. Three paths, each with a defined scope, a realistic workload, and the kind of feedback that helps someone actually improve. The courses are built to let people work steadily — not to impress them in week one and abandon them in week four.
Since opening, we've worked with learners from different backgrounds — some returning to study for the first time in years, others already in technical roles looking to add AI skills alongside their existing work. The shape of each path was refined from those conversations.

Pimchanok's background is in machine learning research. She designed the Applied Models Studio with an emphasis on understanding what a model is actually doing, not just running code.

Clear Syllabuses
Every course publishes its full syllabus before enrolment. Topics, estimated hours per week, and project requirements are all stated plainly.
Timely Feedback
Submitted work is reviewed and returned within a defined window. Feedback is written to help learners improve, not just to mark something complete.
Data Privacy
Learner data is handled in line with Thai PDPA requirements. We don't share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Regular Updates
Course content is reviewed periodically to ensure it reflects current tools and practices in the field. Outdated material is revised, not left in place.
Accessible Support
Learners can reach instructors by email within working hours. The Mentored Growth Programme adds scheduled sessions on top of that.

AI Development Education Built for Adult Learners
Gradienta operates from Chonburi and delivers all courses online. The curriculum spans three stages: foundational Python and data work, applied model building, and a longer mentored programme for those developing deeper technical skills. Each stage is designed to stand on its own — you don't need to take all three, and each one explains what you'll be doing before you start.
The teaching approach draws on adult learning principles: shorter lessons that don't assume too much prior knowledge, tasks that require active engagement rather than passive reading, and feedback that's connected to the work you submitted. We pay attention to where learners tend to slow down and have adjusted the pacing of the materials accordingly.
The Mentored Growth Programme adds a layer of direct instructor engagement: scheduled sessions, written code reviews, and a small peer group. For learners who find self-paced formats difficult, this structure tends to make a noticeable difference. The workload for that programme is set out clearly before enrolment so people can judge whether it fits alongside their other commitments.
