Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 14 June 2025  ·  Effective: 14 June 2025

These terms govern your use of the Gradienta website and enrolment in any of our online courses. By accessing the site or purchasing a course, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed. If you have questions before purchasing, we encourage you to contact us at [email protected] first.

1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or enrolling in a course, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Use of the site by anyone under 18 is not permitted.

3. Services Provided

Gradienta provides structured online AI development education delivered through self-paced lessons, practical tasks, instructor feedback, and (in the Mentored Growth Programme) scheduled mentorship sessions. All courses are delivered in English. We reserve the right to update course content, adjust schedules, or modify course structure with reasonable notice.

4. Course Enrolment

5. Payment Terms

All prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in full at the time of enrolment. We accept payment by the methods indicated at the point of purchase. Prices are subject to change; the price at the time of purchase applies to that enrolment.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your enrolment, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of enrolment and before accessing more than 20% of the course content. In such cases we will offer a full refund. Refunds are not available after either of these conditions is exceeded. For the Mentored Growth Programme, cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before a scheduled mentor session to avoid forfeiture of that session.

We recommend reviewing the full syllabus and contacting us with any questions before purchasing.

7. User Responsibilities

8. Intellectual Property

All course content — including lessons, exercises, code examples, and feedback — remains the intellectual property of Gradienta. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for personal learning purposes during your enrolment. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any content without written permission.

Work you produce during a course (projects, code, written submissions) remains yours. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use anonymised extracts for educational purposes (such as example feedback), without identifying you personally.

9. Disclaimers

Courses are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not make commitments about specific outcomes — including employment, salary, or skill certification — from completing any course. The courses describe what they cover; how much benefit a learner derives depends on their own effort, background, and circumstances.

Course content is reviewed periodically but we do not warrant that it is free of errors at all times. We are not providing professional, legal, or financial advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Gradienta's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the courses will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of earnings, business, or data. This limitation does not apply to losses caused by our fraud or wilful misconduct.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Gradienta from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of course materials, or violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to a course if you breach these terms, particularly in cases of academic dishonesty or disruptive conduct. In cases of termination for cause, no refund will be issued. You may discontinue your participation at any time subject to the refund terms in Section 6.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute will first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be referred to the courts of Chonburi Province, Thailand, which both parties accept as having jurisdiction.

14. General Provisions

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to enrolled learners. Continued use of the service after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
